Michel Rhéaume

Michel Rhéaume is the President of Groupe Rhéaume, where he oversees the group’s strategy and business development, including its Tholos division.

A lawyer by training and an entrepreneur, Michel combines legal and tax expertise with operational experience in investment, real estate and international trade. Before assuming leadership of the group, he worked at a major law firm and an international accounting firm, where he developed a strong understanding of transactional, regulatory and cross-border matters.

Michel is a lawyer and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford (St-Edmund Hall), a master’s degree in tax law from HEC Montréal, and a civil law degree with Summa Cum Laude distinction from the University of Ottawa. He is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF) and the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF).
